I had an inspired conversation with a client today about her definition of success, and it got me thinking: what professional experience or milestone would signify that you have truly arrived?
For instance, in the realm of self-improvement, getting interviewed by Oprah or delivering a TEDx Talk often represents the pinnacle of success. Personally, I would be more excited if one of my books reached the top of a New York Times bestseller list for even one week. (Though I’m definitely looking forward to giving a TEDx talk someday.)
I'm curious about your ultimate milestone experience.
Moreover, I'd like to ask if you believe in such a demarcation line, or if the pursuit of success is a never-ending journey, with each achievement eclipsed by the next goal.

What I think would equal success for me right now.......Setting stronger professional and personal boundaries. Saying no to things (and people) that do not serve "my" needs/my purpose. Respecting my time, my needs, my wants. Having a more positive mindset. For example, when something goes wrong, not going down the rabbit hole of "why did I do that? I am such a failure!".....etc.
